New Patient Registration

If you live in the area and would like to register with us, please complete a registration form (available from reception or download from the above "Registering Online" tab). You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP and will have access to all four female GP's.

We will also ask you to bring in a proof of address (i.e. utility bill, bank statement etc.). If it is your first time with NHS we will also ask you to bring in a Passport/ID card.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
